What are your exchange and return policies?
At Slashop, our top priority is to ensure your satisfaction with every product you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with the return.
To make your Christmas shopping easier, we are extending our return policy. Orders placed on slashop.com between November 11, 2025, and December 26, 2025, can be returned in unused original condition until January 25, 2026. For orders placed after December 26, 2025, our regular 30-day return period from the delivery date applies.
Please note that we only accept returns of unused and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

How can I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return, please submit your request through our returns center or contact us at contact@slashop.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
After receiving your return request, we will review it within 2–3 business days. If approved, you will receive the necessary shipping information from us. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs and risks if the return is not due to an error on our part.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about the status of your refund. In case of approval, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that the processing of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
When can I expect the refund for my return?
The processing of your return usually takes 5–7 business days. Once the processing is complete, we will refund the amount to your original payment account. Please note that the credit may take 3–7 business days.
